HYDROG SR KOMPAKT sprayers are designed for spraying hot bituminous emulsion onto the surface using the rear spray bar or a hand lance.
They are equipped with a modern combustion engine, a heating system with automatic temperature control and a pneumatic system with an automatic compressor. Most of the offered versions of SR KOMPAKT sprayers are equipped with an automatic emulsion dosing system, the operation of which depends, among other things, on the changing driving speed of the vehicle.
The sprayer then has a modern control panel, a control computer with memory of spraying parameters and a report printer for individual spraying operations.
The modern and efficient emulsion pump is heated together with the emulsion, so it is easy to start up. The pump is equipped with an overload protection. Optionally, there is a system of aspiration of emulsion by a sprayer pump from an external tank
Available tank capacities are 2 000, 4 000, 6 000 and 8 000 litres.
The sprayer can be mounted on a chassis frame, on a tipper, on a hooklift frame or on a trailer.
