Blow Patcher
Blow patcher Hydrog PA-5000 / PA-6000 is intended for repair of bituminous surfaces by filling and sealing potholes with mineral aggregate coated by bitumen emulsion. The aggregate is fed in a stream of air generated by a blower through a flexible hose to the working head, in which it is coated with bitumen emulsion.
Stages of surface repair with the HYDROG blow patcher
- cleaning – blowing of the pothole with compressed air
- spraying of the pothole with bitumen emulsion
- filling of the pothole with aggregate coated by bitumen emulsion
- strewing of the repaired surface with dry aggregate
