Cracksealing Machines
HYDROG ZSK-40
Operating principle
The sealing compound or other binder loaded into the tank is heated up to working temperature indirectly through a plate heated by exhaust gases from the main burner. The burner fuel is a propane-butane gas from a cylinder. The temperature in the tank can be regulated and maintained up to 240˚C. The heated up binder in liquid state is fed through the discharge nozzle heated by an auxiliary burner, exactly where it is needed – into the gap or on the edge. The nozzle is controlled manually.
Intended use
- filling cracks of road surfaces
- closing the bitumen structure by covering the edge with a sealing compound, bitumen, Biguma, etc.
- performing “seams” between stripes of bituminous masses.
- filling expansion gaps on roads, airports, bridges, overpasses
- repair of cracks of bituminous and concrete surfaces
- sealing tram induction loops etc.
