Machine characteristics
The main use of road wideners Hydrog DG-3000 Premium is efficient paving of all constructional layers of road shoulders or road widenings using cold materials or hot asphalt.
The machine is attached to a carrier (loader, backhoe loader, tractor, grader, Unimog etc.). The connection of the road widener to the carrier is made by a special adapter plate. The machine works in conjunctions with tipper truck based on its front bumper.
The material is thrown to the side with a conveyor belt, where it is then formed by a spreading blade. Hydrog DG-3000 Premium is the only attachable machine on the market, which in addition to the conventional control system from the operator seat, can also be controlled by the carrier operator.
Materials used:
- cold (aggregate, rubble, concrete for stabilization and others)
- hot bituminous mass up to 200°C
