Mastic Asphalt Finishers
HYDROG RAL-5500 / RAL-7500
Mastic asphalt finishers HYDROG RAL-5500 and RAL-7500 are used for machine spreading, levelling and compaction of layers of mastic asphalt with a heated bar (blade) during the execution of
- bridge and other road surfaces,
- bicycle paths,
- alleyways in parks,
- surface between rails in tram tracks, railway tracks, etc
After feeding from the boiler, the mastic asphalt is spread out with a gas-heated blade. The blade shape is optimised so that the machine is pressed against the ground by the asphalt. Optional augers evenly distribute the asphalt in front of the blade, eliminating the need for manual operation. The augers are height-adjustable and hydraulically driven with stepless speed control.
Finishers have modular design. The desired spreading width is obtained by adding the widening segments to the base bar.
Maximum blade width with limiting sides 5500 mm (for RAL-5500) and 7500 mm (for RAL-7500). On both types of machines, the lateral limiting spreading modules can be moved smoothly.
